When will my first mailer ship?

If you join between January 1–31, your first mailer will be February’s edition, scheduled to ship during the first week of February. All mailers are sent from New Jersey.

How can I track my mailer?

To help keep Mail Club cost-effective, we send mail using standard USPS stamps, which do not include tracking.

When will I be billed?

Your subscription is billed monthly on the same calendar date you originally signed up. You can view your billing details by logging into your account on our website.

IMy mailer still hasn’t arrived after 14 business days. What should I do?

If If your mailer hasn’t shown up after the expected delivery window, it may be delayed or lost along the way. Reach out to maeleeat@gmail.com with your full name, shipping address, and the date you joined Mail Club, and I’ll be happy to help.

Refund Policy

No, refunds are not available for Mail Club subscriptions. Each mailer is prepared and shipped during the first week of the month, so please make sure to cancel your subscription before the next month’s mailer ships out if you do not wish to continue.
